Rapid Rehousing Support Coordinator

This is an rare and exciting opportunity to play a key role in a truly distinctive program delivered exclusively by Zonta House, Western Australia.

The Rapid Rehousing Support Coordinator role is suitable for candidates with experience in a community housing sector or property-related industry, particularly those familiar with tenancy management practices. This role will provide pathways to private tenancy and case support to women, and their children, in the community who are victims/survivors of FDV. This role is offered full-time on a fixed term contract until the 30th June 2026, with the possibility of extension or permanency. Part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate. This role is based in Bentley and works across the Perth Metropolitan area.

Outreach Team Leader

We are seeking someone who shares our values of Care, Integrity, and Dedication to help drive positive change in the community. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective operations and delivery of quality services while supporting and managing employees. This role involves overseeing the daily functions of allocated programs and providing a safe and supportive environment.

Diversity and Inclusion Advocate – LGBTQIA+

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who is driven by the desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of LGBTQIA+ individuals affected by family, domestic and sexual violence.

The Diversity & Inclusion Advocate – LGBTQIA+ will provide holistic and streamlined throughcare support for LGBTQIA+ individuals accessing our accommodation and outreach services. This role will work collaboratively with other programs, provide guidance and assistance within the organisation, and act as an LGBTQIA+ advocate.

Family & Domestic Violence Support Worker

We are seeking amazing individuals to fill the role of Women’s Advocate on a casual basis. This role is responsible for supporting women over the age of 18 who access our refuge services. This role will be based at one of our refuges located in the Southeast Corridor. Responsibilities will include case management and support, administrative duties and housekeeping.
