What is the Program?
Zonta House offers the Diversity & Inclusion Program to support Victim/Survivors of FDV identifying as LGBTQIA+ and/or living with a disability.
Our goal is to raise public awareness of the unique challenges faced by these minority groups in the context of FDV, ensuring all clients are seen, heard, and supported inclusively and safely by our dedicated team.

Educational Workshops
- Workshops to educate on LGBTQIA+ terminology, intersectionality and unique experiences of FDV.
Community Outreach & Advocacy
- We are dedicated to actively engaging in joint initiatives to promote LGBTQIA+ inclusivity and best practice. Proudly attending LGBTQIA+ community events to celebrate and promote diversity and inclusion, striving to create a welcoming and supportive community for all.

Advocacy
- Collaborating with policymakers and community leaders to enhance service delivery for people with disabilities, protect their rights, and promote positive change.
Interagency Case Management
- Working with other agencies to provide support and referral options for Victim/Survivors.
