We are thrilled to announce that Zonta House Refuge Association is a finalist in the prestigious Third Sector Awards in the category of Workforce Excellence 🎉

This recognition honors the outstanding strategies we have implemented to effectively manage and optimise our workforce, and we couldn’t be more proud.

The Third Sector Awards are a significant event in the not-for-profit sector, celebrating excellence and innovation. Developed in partnership with the Centre for Social Impact (CSI), this award is the largest and most respected within the industry, recognising organisations that have made remarkable contributions to society.

At Zonta House, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, sustainable, and supportive environment for our staff, volunteers, and everyone involved in our vision. This nomination acknowledges the dedication and hard work of our team in achieving these goals, and it’s a testament to the impact we’ve made over the past 40 years in the WA community.

But we need your help to bring this award home! Public voting is now open, and we would be delighted if you could take a moment to cast your vote for Zonta House. Your support will not only help us win this award but also raise awareness of the important work we do in the community.
